Triangular island project in Zhuhai

The signing ceremony of the agreement of transfer of exploitation right of Zhuhai triangular island tourism was held in the resort hotel.This is not only the first development model by "public welfare + tourism"  in Guangdong Province but also the first demonstration projects by transfer of market-oriented mode for the rights to use non resident island. 

Chen Hailiang, deputy director of the Guangdong marine development planning research center, and Li Hongbin, deputy general manager of the group company,  signed the contract of transfer on behalf of both parties respectively. Zhuhai vice mayor Liu Jiawen attended the event and made a speech. Mr. Huang Xin, the chairman of the group attended and addressed. Provincial Department of ocean and fisheries, marine and Agricultural Water Bureau, Land Bureau, Construction Bureau, city municipal SASAC and  responsible persons witness this historic moment.



Triangular Island, 20 km southeast of Xiangzhou, the Pearl River estuary. North 2.5 kilometers away from the Green Island, 4.5 km south from big delta. East 10 kilometers from Guishan Island, northwest from the high and steep (Macao) 16 km. Area of 0.62 square kilometers. It was listed as a transportation and industrial island in the protection plan of Guangdong province.
