The State Council simplified procedures in order to cultivate the market of yachting tourism

The general office of the State Council Issued the opinions on promoting tourism investment and consumption (hereinafter referred to as "opinion"), and pointed out that it is necessary to cultivate and develop yachting tourism market on August 11th, 2015.

"Opinions" put forward that we must foster the development of yachting tourism, the government would
---formulate guidelines for the development of yachting tourism,
----plan to open the coastline and waters area generally.
---promote infrastructure construction
---clean up and simplify yacht approval procedures,
---lower entry barriers and overall costs of yacht registration, navigation, tourism, berthing, and maintenance,
---attract social capital to enter boat industry;
----encourage the development of small and medium sized yachts suitable for public consumption;
---encourage the areas with maritime areas and water resources to construct marinas according to their basic conditions
