Preparatory project for Hainan International Yacht Industry Park

Yangpu Economic Development Zone of Hainan province plans to establish Hainan International Yacht Industry Park.  It will be located on the opposite side of the "sea flower island".  They will spend RMB 160 billion on a large international conference center and tour zone. 

Yangpu Economic Development Zone Management Committee of Hainan province and Hainan Province coastal and port office will host  investment and development forum on June 27, 2017 .

The organizer invited the  relevant departments of Hainan province (provincial port office, the provincial development and Reform Commission, by letter Bureau, maritime bureau and relevant departments to Yangpu Development Zone, etc.) 

Hainan, as the world's largest international tourism island, has become a national strategy. The annual Boao forum for Asia and a well integrated development environment, together with a number of incentives introduced in southern Shanghai, will make Hainan Island the nation's largest yacht consumers base.

Yangpu is one of special economic zones, national development zones, bonded zones, bonded ports. It has preferential policies of overseas yacht manufacturing and imported components which can be imported, storaged, displayed distributed, etc. 



The state gives the Hainan provincial government preferential policies, such as follows:
1) Departure tax refund
2) Offshore island free tax
3) Free visa for 26 countries
4) Visa upon arrival
5) Border tourism

As the Yangpu Economic Development Zone, It has excellent shoreline and waters as well as coastal line of land resources.The industry is strong, the facilities are perfect, and the policies are favourable. It has created favorable conditions and high quality environment for the development of the yacht industry of Hainan international tourism island.
